These terms apply to everyone who uses the Strong Roleplay website, Discord server, UCP, and FiveM game server. By using the services, you accept the following conditions.
1. Nature of the service
Strong Roleplay is a community project offering a roleplay experience on GTA V / FiveM. It has no official affiliation with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or FiveM. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The server is provided “as is”; uninterrupted access, a particular player count, or continuous content updates are not guaranteed.
2. Eligibility and accounts
To use the service you need a valid copy of GTA V, the FiveM client, and (where required) a Discord account. You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account information.
Using multiple accounts for unfair advantage, using someone else’s account, or selling accounts is prohibited.
3. Conduct rules
Compliance with hard roleplay standards, server rules, and Discord rules is mandatory. Insults, discrimination, threats, fraud, exploit / cheat use, roleplay-breaking actions such as RDM/VDM, and behavior that poisons the community are prohibited.
Rules are announced via the UCP and Discord. Violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban. Management decisions are final; there is no obligation to reverse sanctions for bad-faith violations.
4. Intellectual property and content
The Strong Roleplay brand, imagery, and original texts on the site may not be copied without permission. Content shared by players (screenshots, clips, etc.) may be used in community showcases; you retain the right to object to uses that infringe your personal data.
5. Limitation of liability
Strong Roleplay cannot be held liable for in-game losses, account access issues, third-party outages, or damages arising from player conduct. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access in case of rule violations, security risks, or legal requirements. You may request closure of your account if you wish; legal retention obligations remain reserved.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The current text appears on this page. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated conditions.
