This privacy policy explains how personal data collected through the Strong Roleplay website, Discord community, and user control panel (UCP) is processed. By using our services, you are deemed to have accepted this policy.
1. Data controller
Strong Roleplay (“we”, “the server”) acts as the controller of personal data processed in connection with this site and related services. For contact: contact@strong-rp.com
2. Data collected
During account creation, support requests, and purchase/donation transactions, the following information may be collected: Discord username and ID, email address, IP address, browser and device information, in-game character information, transaction history, and support correspondence.
When connecting to the game server, FiveM / Rockstar identity data is processed by those platforms; such data is subject to the respective platforms’ own policies.
3. Purposes of processing
Data is used for account management, server security, fraud and rule-violation prevention, providing support, fulfilling legal obligations, and (where you have given explicit consent) announcements / informational communications.
Public statistics such as Discord member count are obtained via the Discord invite API solely to display community information.
4. Retention period
Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. It may be kept longer to the extent required for legal obligations, disputes, or security logs. Support records may be anonymized or deleted after a reasonable period.
5. Third parties
Data may be shared with payment infrastructure, hosting, Discord, FiveM, and similar service providers only to the extent necessary to deliver the service. These parties have their own privacy policies.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The site may use cookies required for basic functions such as language preference and session management. You may restrict cookies in your browser settings; in that case, some features may not work properly.
7. Your rights
Under applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data, to restrict processing, and (where applicable) to object. You may send requests to contact@strong-rp.com.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data against unauthorized access. However, we cannot guarantee that transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is published on this page; for material changes, notice may be provided via the UCP or Discord.
